Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to address the basic and advanced concepts of lease law in practice within the framework of the relevant legislation, especially the Turkish Code of Obligations. It is aimed that students will be able to examine in depth the current practices in lease law within the framework of the establishment of lease agreements, provisions, rights and obligations of the parties, termination of lease agreements and judicial decisions.
Course Content
This course aims to address the basic and advanced legal concepts of lease agreements in practice within the framework of the Turkish Code of Obligations and related legislation.
