Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of the 1980 United Nations Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), the debt relations between the parties and the contract applications in international trade.
Course Content
The scope of the course is Basic Concepts of International Sales Law.
