Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to understand public procurement contracts from a legal perspective and to gain the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to analyse the legal problems that may arise with such contracts.
Course Content
The content of this course covers the basic concepts, laws, implementation processes and contract types related to public procurement.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for the course.
