Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to learn basic concepts such as tort, contractual liability, strict liability, scope and calculation of compensation, to analyze the basic principles of liability law and to develop solutions to current problems encountered in practice.
Course Content
This course provides a comprehensive review of the law of liability, starting from the basic principles of liability law to the law of compensation and its current applications.

The course has no prerequisites.
