Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to examine current developments in collective labor law and social security law, judicial decisions and problems encountered in practice in depth and to enable students to gain the skills of analytical thinking, critical evaluation and academic solution proposals.
Course Content
This course includes analyzing current developments in the field of collective labor law and social security law, problems encountered in practice and judicial decisions.
