Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to examine in depth the disputes arising from inheritance law and the ways to resolve these disputes. The students will be provided with the legal framework of inheritance rights arising from the death of the heir, disputes between heirs, determination of inheritance shares, lawsuits for reserved shares, inheritance contracts and annulment of wills.
Course Content
Within the scope of the course, the basic regulations on inheritance law, current case law, court decisions and problems in practice will be discussed in detail. It is aimed that students will make academic contributions by interpreting the basic principles of inheritance law and current developments from a critical perspective.
