Course Goal / Objective
The general principles of enforcement law, comprehension of the functioning of the enforcement system, the theoretical and practical examination and transfer of the theoretical and practical ways of enforcement in a detailed form.
Course Content
The course will deal with enforcement bodies, complaining, and the stages of initiation of follow-up.
