Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to examine in detail the legal nature and functions of liability insurance and the rights and obligations of the insured, the injured party and the insurer. It is aimed that students will be able to analyze the legal regulations, court decisions and current practices regarding liability insurance, and also have the knowledge and skills to evaluate legal disputes.
