Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with an advanced level of legal evaluation competence by analyzing current problems arising in labor law, changes in legislation, judicial decisions and international developments.
Course Content
Within the scope of the course, current issues such as job security, flexible working models, remote working, mobbing, union rights, work accidents, artificial intelligence and the effects of digitalization on labor law will be discussed.
