Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to gain the ability to follow new developments in edible oil processing technology and to gain the ability to solve possible problems for the maintenance of oil quality by comprehending the basic knowledge of oil raw materials, refining and modification processes.

Course Content

This course consists of information about crude oil production from oil raw materials, oil refining, oil modification techniques, vegetable oil sector, developments in the field of oil technology.
