Course Goal / Objective

To examine the role of historical, cultural, economic and technological factors and design schools in the development of graphic design, and to introduce graphic design movements, design styles, schools and certain graphic designers, illustrators and artists that emerged with the Industrial Revolution and continue until today.

Course Content

Interpretation of the works created by graphic design movements and artists that developed in different countries in the world after the 20th century.
