Course Goal / Objective
This cours focuses on the analysis and use of climate models in understanding and projecting climate change in the future, as well as studying the impacts on people and ecosystems and measures for mitigation and adaptation.
Course Content
Climate change science, GHG emissions, climate models, impacts of climate change, international initiatives to mitigate GHG emissions; investment in low-emissions technologies; carbon pricing regulatory regimes and market trading mechanisms; measurement of carbon footprint
