Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to give the basic information necessary to develop new treatment methods at tissue and organ level by utilizing the potential of use of stem cells in regenerative medicine approaches.

Introduction to Molecular and cellular biology, Basic Features of Stem Cells and Stem Cell Niches, Mechanism of Sem Cell Self Renewal, Cell Cycle Regulators in Stem Cells, Cell Fusion and Differentiated State, Phenotype Changing Mechanism of Stem Cells, Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, Role of Stem Cell in Regenerative Medicine, Stem Cells in Treatment of Myocardial Infarction and Cardiomyopathy, Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Cancer Therapy, Stem Cells in Spinal Cord Regeneration, Stem Cells Therapy for Optic Nerve Regeneration, Stem Cells Therapy for Cartilage Regeneration, Ethical Considerations
