Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach microorganisms, enzymes and biotechnological applications of enzymes and their usage areas.
Course Content
In this course, Production of Intracellular Microbial Enzymes, Production, Isolation and Economic Importance of Extracellular Enzymes, Production of Glucose Isomerase, Development of Immobilized Glucose Isomerases for Industrial Applications, Hydrolysis of Starch with Soluble and Immobilized Glucose Isomerases and Industrial Applications of Immoblized Enzymes are taught.
