Course Goal / Objective

With this course, it is aimed for graduate students to have knowledge about the molecular diagnosis and methods of foodborne zoonotic diseases and to learn these methods.

Course Content

It covers bacterial, viral and parasitic zoonotic diseases transmitted to humans through food and their molecular diagnosis.
