Course Goal / Objective

Genome analysis methods, Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) mechanism and optimization, DNA isolation, Agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of PCR products, Preparation of solutions and gels and staining of gels, QF PCR method, analysis and interpretation of PCR and QF PCR results, PCR types, Real Time PCR methods and applications, Blotting techniques, learning application areas (PCR RFLP, Sequence analysis, Gene cloning)
