Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, the student is expected to be competent in general information about coastal ecosystems, remote sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the place of remote sensing and Geographic Information Systems within the integrated coastal method, resource management and biodiversity conservation with sample applications from our region and the world.
Course Content
The potential of remote sensing and Geographical Information Systems about the changes at the coastal zones ,coastline deliniation,mapping coastal wetlands and biotopes .
