Explains and defines competition and quality concepts, historical development of quality and quality gurus, Total Quality Management Philosophy and Principles, quality culture in organizations and quality responsibilities in activities, continuous improvement (Kaizen), quality costs, Suppliers in Total Quality Management, EFQM Excellence Model, Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27000, OHSAS 18001, SA:8000 Standards
