Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to systematically convey physiological knowledge at the cellular, tissue, and organ levels, teach specific areas such as molecular physiology and neurophysiology, comparatively evaluate physiological similarities and differences among animal species, develop the ability to interpret physiological parameters from laboratory models to clinical applications, and introduce current biotechnological applications in physiological sciences.

Course Content

This course covers the processes of creating animal models using biotechnological techniques, principles of experimental design, and physiological characteristics of model organisms. It also includes the measurement and evaluation of physiological parameters, animal behavior and welfare, the 3R principle, and ethical regulations.
