Course Goal / Objective

Teaching fundamental properties of enzymes as well as their industrial applications.

Course Content

Introduction to enzymology, basic structure of enzymes, nomencalture and classification of enzymes, Enzyme kinetics, Inhibitors, Applications of enzymes in various industries
