Course Goal / Objective

In this course, it is aimed to teach the general principles of in vivo and in vitro methods used in molecular pharmacology studies, and pharmacogenetic analysis, immunohistochemical methods and related strategies.

Course Content

Introduction to molecular pharmacology, what is in vitro and in vivo, in vitro and in vivo tests, general principles in in vitro and in vivo studies, in vitro and in vivo methods; preparation techniques of isolated tissues, pharmacogenetic analysis, immunohistochemical methods, in vivo and in vitro methods in cancer research.
