Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to provide basic concepts and general principles related to the law of obligations as a general knowledge.
Course Content
The general principles that constitute the law of obligations, especially contracts, the establishment of a contract, the ability to make a contract, the obligations arising from the contract, the freedom to make a contract, the limitation of this freedom against public order and mandatory provisions, the concept of debt, the unilateral or bilateral termination of the contract are the subject of the course.
