Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to transfer students to the students with the application of processes related to the general characteristics of vegetable species, Turkey and World production quantities, classification, ecological requirements, reproduction methods, plant site and establishment, operations to be done during production, harvest criteria and post-harvest pre-processing and conservation.
