Course Goal / Objective
The general aim of this course is to equip technical personnel who will pursue a career in civil engineering with the skills to apply bar chart scheduling and the critical path method; and to use the MS Project software package.
Course Content
This course covers fundamental concepts related to scheduling, including bar charts, critical path method, arrow diagrams, box diagrams, and the use of the MS Project software package.
