Course Goal / Objective

The general aim of this course is to equip technical personnel who will pursue a career in civil engineering with the skills to explain documentation related to building permits and occupancy certificates, perform quantity calculations for a sample project, prepare quantity summaries and estimation summaries, and prepare progress payments.

Course Content

"This course covers topics related to the tracking of documentation for building permits and occupancy certificates, as well as the estimation, detailed quantity takeoff, and progress payment summaries for a selected project.
