Course Goal / Objective

To provide students with knowledge of engineering practices for planning and design of multi-purpose dam and reservoirs

Dams and Resevoires, Reservoir Planning and Design, Dam Body Design, Elements of Dams, Spillway Design, Derivation Facilities, Water Power Plants, Water Intake Structures, Economics of Hydraulic Structures
