Course Goal / Objective

Teaches the effects of mineral nutrients on proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, organic acids, fatty acids, vitamins, phytates and microelements in vegetable origin foods. It also teaches the direct and indirect effects of mineral nutrition on the synthesis and distribution of related quality components in plants and the introduction of biological usefulness methods.

Course Content

The course includes the importance of nutritional elements in the quality of herbal products, the role of quality in the evaluation of plant products, nutrient-quality relations, quality assessment parameters, methods of determining quality parameters.
