Basic concepts (chemical bonds, organic structures, acids and bases, electrophiles, nucleophiles, structure and activity), Saturated hydrocarbons, Stereochemistry, Nucleophilic displacement and dissociation reactions, Alkyls and ethers and sulphuric compounds, Amines

LO05 Substitution (SN1, SN2) and elimination (E1, E2) reactions can be compared in terms of solvent type, nucleophile and base, stereochemistry required substrate.
