Course Goal / Objective
To produce disease and physiological models in experimental animals (such as diabetes, tumor, pregnancy process, diabetic neuropathy)
Course Content
Experimental animal models used in biophysical research, experimental animal models, comparison of experimental anatomy and physiology, experimental disease and physiological models are explained. Structure of muscles, dissection, preparation of preparations, biomechanical properties of muscles and recording, effects of pharmacological agents on muscles are taught. The student knows the experimental diabetes mellitus and tumor formation methods and development, the feeding and care of animals during the diabetic process, their cleanliness, control, creation and evaluation of experimental diabetic neuropathy.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for the lesson
