Course Goal / Objective
Learning basic principles of microscopes and decide and choose a proper microscope for a scientific project and use a microscope. Learning fluorescence imaging techniques in the cell and ability to do fluorescence imaging .
Course Content
Basic optic principles, types of microscopes and their working principles. Fluorescent principles and its use in cellular imaging.
