Course Goal / Objective
To ensure that students are informed about current quality control methods applied in the textile industry.
Course Content
General information about quality and quality management systems. Quality control systems in textile companies.Input, process and final quality control. Classification of Woven and Knitted Fabric defects. Quality control in raw fabric. 4 points quality system. Classification of defects in garment products. Input, process and final control in garment companies. Information about product inspections. Information about AQL and sample selection methods
