Course Goal / Objective
The difference between the problems that arise in the implementation of international commercial contracts and local commercial contracts prevents reaching the right results when the problems are approached with local aspects. The aim of this course is; in line with the characteristics of international commercial relations, it is to put forward a different approach to international commercial contracts.
Course Content
Anticipating the disputes that may arise from the negotiation stage of international contracts and arranging the contracts by considering this situation, especially international sales contracts and the implementation area of the CISG, to which Turkey is a party; the content of this course is to examine other types of contracts such as international agency, distributorship, franchise, goods carriage contracts, which are frequently encountered in commercial life.
