Course Goal / Objective
International commercial relations are different from local commercial relations that do not have this feature due to their nature.This situation requires a different approach in the resolution of international commercial disputes. The aim of this course is; in line with the characteristics of international commercial relations, it is to discuss the resolution of international commercial disputes.
Course Content
There are various dispute resolution methods arising from international commercial relations. Arbitration, which is the most commonly used method in international commercial disputes, and the principles of arbitration proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitral awards, mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method and similar issues constitute the content of this course.
