Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic building blocks of digital communication systems (source coding, channel coding, modulation, demodulation, etc.) and to enable them to analyze the factors affecting the performance of these systems. In addition, this course aims to introduce students to the mathematical tools and simulation techniques used in the design and analysis of digital communication systems and to give them the ability to apply them to real world problems.
