Course Goal / Objective
General Purpose: Can shape eyebrows and eyelashes in accordance with his technique, when the necessary environment and equipment are provided. Can shape eyebrows in accordance with his technique. He can dye eyebrows and eyelashes according to his technique. He can apply false eyelashes according to his technique. He can apply eyelash perm according to his technique.
