Course Goal / Objective
In this course, aims to teach to competence the implementation of quality management systems.
Course Content
The course is based on historical development of standardisation, related organizations and activities, quality, quality control, total quality management, problem-solving methods, new quality tools, quality assurance systems and standards issues to the profession.
