Course Goal / Objective
To teach the necessary measures to be taken in order to prevent possible work accidents during installation, operation and maintenance repairs in energy production facilities using energy resources
Course Content
Energy facilities and energy Technologies; Energy sources used in energy facilities; Occupational safety in systems used in energy facilities; Hazards and security measures during production and installation; Occupational safety in maintenance and repair of devices and machines used in production; In case of possible emergency measures; Safety during the use of auxiliary equipment used in production; Occupational safety in closed and open areas in production; Definition of work to be done in the field of safety in production; Work safety in shift work in energy production; Relevant legislation on the work safety of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security; Causes of fires; Measures to be taken against fire in power plants; Pre-determination of potential fire risks
