Course Goal / Objective

To teach the basics of computer-based software that the student will use in biomechanical applications.

Course Content

The content of the course includes the extraction of the anatomical structure of the patient from MRI and CT images and the processing to be done on it. Finite element analysis using solid or fluid mechanics.
