Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to learn and practice the cell culture techniques.

Course Content

Regulation of cell culture laboratory sterilization techniques, preparation of the solution used in the culture, preparation of tissues and primary cultures applications, passaged cell freezing and thawing, immunohistochemical applications the culture medium, photographing cells examined with an inverted microscope.

LO07 Examines cells and takes photographs by the inverted microscope and interprets them.
