Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to get information about basic cell culture techniques and usage areas.

Course Content

Cell culture terminology, adherent and suspansion cultures, primary and secondary cultures, media, serum, cell culture usage areas, cell viability tests, immunocytochemical techniques.
