Course Goal / Objective
Mechanical engineering students to have knowledge of the basic concepts of electrical and electronic engineering
Course Content
General introduction to electrical and electronic engineering. Basic electrical concepts and quantities. Principles of circuit analysis. DA / AA electrical circuits. Basic electromechanical energy conversion. Electronic circuits and amplifiers. Instrumentation and measurement circuits. Digital electronics and systems. Introduction to power electronics. Electrical safety principles.
