Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to equip students with the information about Labor Law, distinction between collective labor law and individual labor law, and Social Security Law. It also aims to improve the students analytical skills by discussing cases involving related legal issues.

The scope of labor law and labor contract, Establishment of labor contract, rights and obligations of the parties,Termination of labor contract, Job security, severance pay, Collective labor law,The basic concepts and historical development of Social Security Act,Notification of the company and the insured person, premium and premium certificate, occupational accidents, diseases and health insurances, Old-age, disability, and death insurances,Unemployment insurance and general health insurance
