Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to give information about manual and automatic control methods of systems and simple automatic control systems used in automation. Control and automation applications in agriculture.
Course Content
Definition and principles of control and automation. Sensors, Manual and Automatic control methods. P, PI, PD and PID Control. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Comparison of PLCs with conventional control systems. Examples of data collection, observation and control with SCADA - HMI Systems.
