Course Goal / Objective

To encourage the training of people who have knowledge and equipment about basic laboratory techniques, laboratory working safety and laboratory tools and equipment in performing physical, chemical, instrumental and microbiological analyzes required for quality control of seafood products.

Course Content

In seafood analysis, working discipline and safety in the laboratory, physical, chemical and instrumental analysis methods, the characteristics of the basic tools and devices used in the laboratory, the method and calculations of preparing the solutions to be used in the analysis, evaluation and interpretation of the data obtained will be discussed.
