Course Goal / Objective
This course is open to all students and provides students with the introduction of basic concepts in gender studies through introductory workshops. In addition, by examining the socio-cultural position of women and men in society today, it creates awareness in terms of equality, justice and rights.
Course Content
This course aims to raise awareness of gender inequality in all students, to develop gender equality and to use the creative drama method while doing these. In this context, the course includes workshops on the concept of gender, important problems related to today's family, searching for a spouse, relations between genders, divorce, domestic violence, various inequalities in the daily lives of women and men, rural life and urban living areas.
