Course Goal / Objective
To be able to interpret the functions, importance and place of organizational communication in organizations by understanding the function of communication in organizations.
Course Content
Elements of communication, organizational communication and its functions, organizational communication tools, organizational communication forms, communication barriers in organizations, elements affecting organizational communication, the effect of communication on organizational commitment, motivation and job satisfaction, conflict management in organizations, public relations and new communication technologies in organizations.
