Course Goal / Objective
To provide information on the concept of quality, quality techniques, total quality management, standardization and quality management systems and to provide them with the skills to use them in the workplace
Course Content
Detailed explanation of quality and standards, explanation of quality techniques and quality management systems used. Supporting these techniques and systems with applications and case studies
