Course Goal / Objective

In addition to introducing traditional Turkish folk music throughout the historical process, the area spread, the instruments used, special forms of execution and genres; It is aimed to make voice education studies through individual and choral folk songs, to create folk songs, to contribute individual and social development.

Course Content

Definition of traditional Turkish folk music, general characteristics, breathing and voice training exercises, hearing education, chorus practice in simple procedures.
