Course Goal / Objective
Recognizing the types of microorganisms in the environment, examining their relationships with each other and with other living things, giving comprehensive information about environmental biotechnology, developing the student's ability to think, apply and evaluate about environmental microbiology
Course Content
It also covers the effects of microorganisms on the environment, functional groups, ecosystem dynamics, soil microbiology and microorganism interactions in aquatic ecosystems
Course Precondition
To have general knowledge about the principles of microbiology, important microorganisms in environmental microbiology (Fungi, Algae, Bacteria, Viruses)
