Course Goal / Objective

Learn the importance of sports psychology in increasing athletic performance.

Course Content

The aim of this course is to introduce the field of sports psychology, to examine the relationship between sports and psychology with different approaches, and to evaluate the psychological processes that are prominent in sports.
